i) The Constitution - sets out the rules and regulations that govern how the company operates.

ii) Occupancy Licence - sets out the shareholders rights regarding how they are allowed to use the Lodge. Please note: If you have changed your shareholding in any way, you need to complete a share transfer form (see below) and send that to the Lodge. We will then send you an updated occupancy licence for signing.

iii) Nomination form - If your share is in joint names, a company or trust, then we need to know which person is the one who will have the occupancy rights. Also if the shareholder has a partner and/or any children, they have "Associated User" rights, so we need to know who they are.

iv) Share Transfer Form - If you transfer your share to someone else, we need one of these forms completed so we can register the transfer in our share register.

v) Shareholder Details - This is mainly for you shareholders to make sure we have your correct details on file. If you simply change your address, just send the Lodge an email.

vi) Financial Reports - This is a copy of the latest set of audited financial reports.

vii) Selling your Share - If you enter into a negotiation to sell your share, there are a couple of things you need to do such as:

(1) Make sure the purchaser receives a copy of the occupancy licence early in the negotiation so they understand what they are buying.

(2) Get the offer and acceptance in writing.

(3) When you have agreed on the sale, you and the new shareholder complete a copy of the "Share Transfer Form" and the new shareholder completes a "Shareholder details" form and you send both to the Lodge so they can approve the transfer and issue an occupancy licence to the new shareholder.
